When you hire Farnsworth-Ricks, rest assured that you are hiring a top notch company with your personal and financial needs in mind. We will communicate with you regularly and help you through the process. We will work to get you the most qualified tenant we can and ensure that rent is collected timely each month. If maintenance issues come up we have a group of qualified vendors that we use regularly who are ready and willing to get the job done right and in a timely manner.

We understand that a major concern of many owners and investors in cost. We want to optimize your cash flow for you as soon as possible. We charge a very reasonable set up and advertising fee and then a reasonable monthly management fee. For some of our properties, we may have a little higher management fee, but no set up or advertising fee. It is not our desire to “nickel and dime” you. We will be upfront with you and communicate with you regularly.

Our statements are clear and easy to understand. We do owner payments online and monthly. These can be viewed through our owner portal. Shortly after we enter into an agreement, you will be given instructions on setting up your account for online access. All invoices for work done on your property are scanned and made available to you.
