David has been active in the company since 1996 and attained his Real Estate License in 1997. He has worked in all aspects of the company including maintenance, leasing, and accounting. He has been the Designated Broker for Farnsworth-Ricks since 2003 and currently leads the team of professionals. Farnsworth-Ricks is a member of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR), the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). David is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has been active in the Phoenix Metro chapter.

Julie is the newest member of the Farnsworth-Ricks Team. She comes to the company with years of experience in planned community activities and management. Julie received her Real Estate License in 2015 and is anxious to apply her skills and knowledge in our leasing and property management department. Julie has already been an excellent addition to the team. Her organization and communication skills will be a great asset to us.We are glad to have her here.

Tony Penrod has been with the Company since 1993. Starting in landscaping and maintenance, there seems to be nothing that Tony cannot do. He worked into being a fulltime property manager with a focus on maintenance after receiving his Real Estate license in 2002. Tony is always willing to advise an owner on necessary repairs or preventative maintenance and always willing to attend to a tenant’s maintenance request. He is an invaluable part of our team.

Bambi joined Farnsworth-Ricks in 2002. She performs many duties in the office, including work order and invoice processing, answering phones, handling tenant concerns, and communicating with owners and tenants. She does everything to help the office flow smoothly. She will always greet you with a smile and is always willing to get an answer for you when one is needed.
