David R. Ricks, Designated Broker, has had a Real Estate license in the State of Arizona since 1997. He actively leads the Farnsworth-Ricks Management team and is involved directly in all aspects of the company. Farnsworth-Ricks is currently members of the South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). David is also a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and has been involved in the local chapter.
In October of 2007 Farnsworth-Ricks entered into an agreement and began management of several properties in Leisure World, an active adult community in East Mesa, very close to other operations of the company. These properties have helped to solidify Farnsworth-Ricks as the management company of choice in active adult communities in the East Mesa area; in both annual and seasonal properties.
